Established in 2017, Aslanconnect is a specialist advisory practice supporting leaders and organisations operating in complex, high-change environments.

Majella is a business strategist and senior strategic communication and change practitioner and Board Member for Hope for our Children with more than 25 years’ experience across government, infrastructure and complex organisational environments.

Brian is a seasoned executive and former Chief Executive Officer and General Manager with extensive experience leading organisations through growth, commercial transformation and strategic repositioning.
Drawing on his background in sustainability, environmental management and commercial real estate, he supports owners, investors and organisations to navigate risk, value and opportunity with disciplined judgement and commercial insight. Brian brings calm, board-level leadership and strategic clarity to complex decisions.
